Structure was built using pressurized lumber. Decking and railings were built with composite materials. There was a gliding patio door installed where a window used to be.
Cedar Siding and Andersen Windows were installed. Each side of the home was done at different times to alleviate the upfront costs. This allowed the client to pay in installments.
